So it's December 31st, and my sister and I have decided to go balls to the walls with eating better. Tonight I made this fab almond flax bread, from the Elana's Pantry site. I've made it before and it's a keeper. I keep the honey out of the recipe to keep it sugar free. Oh my. It's great. I plan to eat it with almond butter and coconut chips, in the morning. I'll keep you posted, okay? Oh, and I bagged them up in cute little packs of 2, so I can keep some in the fridge and some in the freezer. I'm smart like that.
