Chocolate Hazelnut Challah
As I mentioned, my master challah recipe makes 4-5 loaves. I decided to make this dessert challah, because I made it for Jonah's bris, and there was not a single crumb leftover. It's a really easy recipe - I'm almost embarrassed to share it. Basically, you just fill the 3 strands of challah with Nutella, and top it with toasted hazelnuts. The tricky part is braiding the strands, once they're full of the spread. It's quite messy, and, as you can see, I didn't do such a hot job...
Nutella.

Toasted hazelnuts.
I wish the chocolate was more of a "surprise," but oh well.
Braiding is a messy undertaking.
